1. Shipping Information:
- North America: Contiguous USA, Canada
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia , Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (VAT for orders under €150 prepaid at checkout)
- Asia Pacific: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand
- West Asia: Israel
- At the moment we do not ship to South America and Africa. No shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

2. Change of delivery address:
- Credit card payments: Contact support@gjoljorn.com before sending.
- PayPal payments: Refer to PayPal account for change of address.

3. Rejected or Returned Packages:
- Retention of original shipping charges for undeliverable packages.
- Deduction of costs in connection with the return from the refund.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery:
- Inspection of goods upon delivery, avoid signature until verification is completed.
- Claims for missing or damaged goods within five working days.

5. Damaged or Missing Goods:
- Damaged: Keep the original packaging, contact support@gjoljorn.com immediately.
- Missing: Report within five working days, contact for solution.

6. Goods on back order:
- Notification of items that are out of stock; orders are held until they are available.
- International orders with items on back order will not be shipped until all items are in stock.

7. Handling Postal Delivery Issues:
- Package damage: Reject and photograph; kontakt@gjoljorn.com.
- Problems after receipt: Contact support@gjoljorn.com within three working days with relevant documentation for quick resolution.
1. Damaged delivery package or product package - Attach photos.
2. Wrong items – Attach photos of items received and packing list.
3. Package marked as signed for but not received – Provide details and proof.
